Michael M Malinowski
Mike Malinowski has been practicing law since 1985. He began his legal career with a large, 50 member multi-disciplinary law firm in Grand Rapids, MI. In 1988, he moved to smaller, five-member firm specializing in bankruptcy, family law, real estate, and general litigation. He started his own firm to focus more extensively on bankruptcy in 2001.

Jennifer V Lamp
Jennifer Lamp started her legal career in 2002 as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney and worked in the Jackson and Ionia County Prosecutor’s Offices before starting her own firm 2010, providing criminal defense, and providing family and general civil law services. She was a founding member of the Berrien County Public Defender’s Office in 2017, and also served as Senior Public Defender in Ionia County before joining Malinowski Law in 2020.
